Finally revealing my secret weapon....

Tools Every Travel Creator Should Use.👇

These are tools I use on the daily, weekly, and monthly.

Bento

Bento is an automated pitching tool I use to send anywhere from 400-600 UGC pitch emails per month. It's quite literally working when I'm not. Here's exactly how much I've earned from using Bento so far. If you want to try it yourself, reply to this email and I'll send you a discount code.

Airtable

Here's why I use Airtable over Google Sheets: It can do more than just make more spreadsheets. It has built in automations. For example, today I sent 98 emails in the click of a button and built in a follow up system so I'll get an email in seven days reminding me to follow up on those emails.

Asana

If you've hung around here long enough, you know that I love Asana. I use it to organize not only my own content, but also all of the different projects I have going on. I have one for my podcast, 2025 content, UGC, admin, etc.

Apple Notes

There's nothing better than Apple Notes and no one talks about it. I have so many folders in there storing a bunch of different links that I need to access quickly. I save pitch templates in there and even links to my calendar.

Zapier

Duh. Zapier is the magician that makes all the tools that don't talk to each other, be able to talk to each other. It's a lifesaver, TBH.

Instagram's Edits App

I was a CapCut person for a long time - but I'm an Edits fan now! The analytics are just unmatched. So even if you do like editing on another software, I'd recommend downloading Edits to see your analytics. Plus, it's great for tracking the success of Trial Reels.

Libby and Hoopla

If you're a reader, these need no explanation. Libby and Hoopla are free apps that connect to your library card and allow you to access a zillion books and audio books. And if you don't have a library card.........I'd get on that. Don't sleep on the public library services. They are free third spaces, the home of free events, free community, and obviously free media. Oh, and for my van lifers - the librarians will ALWAYS know where the public showers are. The library IS my secret weapon.

The Travel Creator Business Plan is Here.👇

Every guru, course, and ‘expert’ keeps promising the same thing. Just create better content and everything else will fall into place.

Other programs spend too much time focusing on gaining followers, teaching you what it might take to go viral, or even convincing you that the algorithm changes every two weeks (spoiler alert - it doesn’t.)

But not here.

Here we know that there’s more to business than just content creation. We know that views don’t equal dollars. We know that there has to be a simpler way to achieve your business goals than just by posting and waiting to get lucky.

This is a community where travel creators at any stage build businesses so sustainable, so systematized, so boringly reliable that you can actually turn off your phone and enjoy the destinations you’re visiting.

What's Inside For $37/Month.👇

  • One monthly business system delivered on the First Monday of every month
  • Two co-working sessions per month
  • Two Q&A sessions per month
  • Growing resource library
  • Other creators who are at different stages building their business

See ya inside!

P.S. Reply with questions - I'm a real human.

The Content Compass 🧭 I've decided to make things stupid simple this year. 👇 I want to be as real with you as possible so that you can see what's working and what's not in the creator biz space. Making tiny progress in a bunch of different directions isn't going to help me or anyone I serve. So, for the rest of the year I will only be prompting my community and a $5 lead magnet. For the next 60-90 days I'll be promoting this brand new $5 lead mag on Threads and in the podcast and I guess here...

The Content Compass 🧭 It's the first full week of the year and I won't be planning my goals. 👇 Thanks so much though! Instead, I'm trying to get back 'into the swing of things' (ew) and spend my January prepping for an epic February and rest of year. Here's why I think you should, too: In case you missed the news, January goals are BS. I believe that starting your goals in January will actually set you up for failure and throw long-term success out the window. Sorry not sorry. (Actually, I'm...

The Content Compass 🧭 But WTF is less but better?👇 I've chatted with a few creators who have noticed that their analytics have been on the rise since they've been posting less content. What's really going on when they are posting less is that they are putting more time into crafting well done pieces of content that really check all their boxes. Rather than posting some video they feel medium about just because there are hundreds of people on the internet who tell you you have to post five...
