I've chatted with a few creators who have noticed that their analytics have been on the rise since they've been posting less content.

What's really going on when they are posting less is that they are putting more time into crafting well done pieces of content that really check all their boxes.

Rather than posting some video they feel medium about just because there are hundreds of people on the internet who tell you you have to post five days a week to see any kind of growth.

Quality goes up when quantity goes down.
